Fairly new to this game, but wanted any advice, help on this K&N kit - Product code: 69-1302TP, link is below...

I just wanted to know if other fellow 5th Gen Prelude 99 VTI-R Owners have this kit installed and their experience with this kit... and also wanted to know how much gain in kilowatts if its worth while spending...
Im planning to use as a short ram, any other advise is welcomed...
