you would need around 12-15grand for engine+box+everything else needed including installation. might run into some problems along the way but shouldnt be too much of a dilemma. try asking jdmyard to source you one if your keen.

Some custom work is needed. Other then that it should bolt right up with the correct parts. Looking at around 10k-xxxxxx amount.

i think the k series spins opposite to the d or b series, i think theres difficulties due to that.

It does indeed... It spins the correct way; the older Honda motors spin the opposite to the norm.

It's not really a problem as the motor is simply mounted the other way around

There are lots of parts you require to get it fitted...its gonna cost a few K just for the parts to fit....but look around you might get a deal..

Here's a summary of the main parts you need as I've been researching this as well:

Karcepts Shift relocator kit
Karcepts Fuel Pressure Regulator Mounting Bracket
Golden Eagle K20 Swap Fuel Rail
Wiring harness adaptor
Kswap mounts (hasport, hybrid, corsport)
K series extractors (R-crew, DC)
AEM air intake (or new air intake)
Might need to change axel
Clutch line? (read more on k20a forums)Not to mention that more than likely you will have to choose of whether to loose your powersteering or your air con...sorry don't know if you have air con...

Hybrid have created an aircon kit for the dc2, but not sure about any other model, or pricing as their site is in the process of being updated.

I've also seen photos of a k frankie setup in a dc2 that has had the abs removed...probably something that won't trouble you...

Some sites that will help you:
