I asked this question in the other thread but no one seems to be answering and i'm going to buy some tyres soon so i would like some input from you guys.
I am getting 4 205/50/15 tyres as mine are totally rooted, 2 are 5 years old and 2 are bold which made my track event at wakefield pretty crap having hardly any grip and loosing it on turn 2 at one stage.
These tyres that i want will only be used for drag and curcuit although they wont be used much so i dont want to spend a ridiculous amount on curcuit tyres. All i want is a good street tyre that is good for these conditions, i don't care if they are noisy or wateva as i use my 17's daily.
In saying this i don't want to spend more than $500 total for four tyres, someone recommended federals, would they hold up nicely or would u recommend something else.
Thanks:thumbsup:
