Yes, there are absolutely differences between those 3 modes: Eco, Normal and Sport
Eco mode: the feeling like you are having a trailer at the back
Normal mode: like normal :-)
Sport mode: like you are going downhill and press down the pedal

It's worthy :-) i think this one is good for drag racing ;-)
Very quick respond on sport mode when you press your foot down

Dealer wanted to give $8300 for my one owner 2010 FD VTI with 28,000KMs... no damage and decked out with every option in the Honda brochure. Asked if they could gimme a little more on the trade in and they said good luck selling it elsewhere for more than that since no logbooks (I do my own services). :(

Does anybody know how the j's racing exhaust sits on the type R replica bar on a fd1? Does the exhaust touch anywhere along the rear bumper?

I have It on my fd1 mugen RR lip while my other mate with type R bumper with Js diffuser both sitting lower ( only hanging on one )

It's the c304r made for the fd1. But I got a resonator delete and got a mugen rr rear lip and the rear lip got burnt off as the exhaust was touching it. Not sure if it was a crap fitting rear lip or if the resonator delete moved the placing of the exhaust. Thanks anyway dude

I have the RR lip, and the J's racing axleback muffler. It fits well. Doesn't touch the lip at all. Heck it barelly pokes out from the rear lip itself.

However, not sure if the full catback exhaust makes the dimensions different and hence your issue.

I upgraded to a 19mm RSB. And that to me was a big difference already. I can honestly say 22mm would be even more so.

From what I've heard, in terms of RSB prob wont need a wheel alignment, the mechanic that installed mine said it's fine.

Are you sure? I give my FD near last place on the interior when compared to other brands. Corolla, i30, Mazda 3, Golf etc are so much better, both quality and looks... pretty dissapointing to see Honda like this as compared to the EK days where they actually made decent cabins.

the Fd's interior maybe pretty plain but its functional and very easy to clean,best bit is the speedo, front and centre and bright, makes trackin it very easy. I whacked a heavier Stainless billet gear knob on recently and the feeling is strong

Is it possible for ABS to lock up due to overheating brake fluid? Spirited run last night and my abs kicked in after some heavy braking. Was coming to a stop and dont remember using enough braking force for the abs to usually kick in (could be my shitty snow tyres though)

I'm more talking about the seat positioning n stuff. I'm 6'3 and my seat goes so low, the steering wheel rack is perfect etc.

I drove a bunch of cars and couldn't get it anywhere near me civic. I felt like I was sitting on 2 phone books at all times.

IF I do upgrade I think I'm gonna get a new Aurion Sportivo thing. Felt really good to drive imo. Dump it on some clean 19s and call it a day.

Super low seat rails, or just super low seats are a god send :-p, I'm not overly tall, but it just makes driving a whole lot better.

The aurion? I don't mind how it looks, but when I had a look a one a year or so ago for a friend it was an ex-demo model, but the whole centre console looked demolished, in the sense that it was easy to scratch, but any car is susceptible for that.

For carrying bikes you could get a tow bar added on with one of the bike racks? save the interior :-P

I'm more talking about the seat positioning n stuff. I'm 6'3 and my seat goes so low, the steering wheel rack is perfect etc.

I drove a bunch of cars and couldn't get it anywhere near me civic. I felt like I was sitting on 2 phone books at all times.

IF I do upgrade I think I'm gonna get a new Aurion Sportivo thing. Felt really good to drive imo. Dump it on some clean 19s and call it a day.

Balls is an understatement, my work mate has had an XR6 trackcar for the last 5 years, I refuse to get in the passenger seat any more, even with the stock Turbo it may only put down 350rwkw but the torque is close to 700nm atw, Hits you hard in the gut ! just do it !! lol

I got an xr5 focus and with only 170kw it still goes hard. Only downside is fwd but vsa off = fun! Already done front mount and cai and with reflash I should expect 200kw easily

Its just a DIY Short Ram i made at home with the stock airbox.
So really, It'll still suck hot air like your intake. If you really want cooler air then either
buy an CAI OR Put your stock airbox back on and then remove the intake resonator behind the bumper where the
foglight sits. Removing that will let you ram air straight from outside up into your airbox. Cheapest way for a CAI

When the engine is cold, I noticed an increase throttle response.
When the engine warms up, it goes back to normal...perhaps a tiny bit more sluggish than normal.

As you said, I don't think you'll get a perfectly flat roll, but if you go see a decent workshop they should be able to roll and pull the guard slightly to make things work out a little better.

Exactly haha. Nah, I just really liked the Modulo look. Mugen kits seem a bit bulky IMO. Wanted a kit that was a kit but couldn't actually see it. ;)

yeah its a rockstar can, it was a temporary fix until i fill in the Mitsubishi logo on the original center caps and put a enkei or honda sticker on them, but i really how it looks for now

If 1 of my rear license plate bulbs keeps burning out. Is that a short?

And would it be due to the fact I'm using LED lights (less resistance)? 1 seems fine, but 2 bulbs have busted on the other now, they work for a while, then just blow.

If it's a short, how abouts do I go finding where it may be coming from? thanks!
