what about the over flow bottle?

Probably a blown head gasket if its building up excess pressure quickly

Maybe take it to a mechanic to see where and why it's leaking?

What state?

uhhh ummmmm ehhhhh get the mechanic that did the installation to check it??? Here's what you do bring it to him, he'll do the tricky bit which is hook up a compression tester and pump till 15psi and watch it for about 5 minutes to see if it holds, that bit gets me all the time, just so dam tricky and hard :p.

didn't the mech do a compression test before placing the radiator back in? Should have, and you don't really need a new one you can use Q bond or something equivalent to seal the crack, assuming it's only a small crack.

You need a new radiator top tank not a whole new radiator

Usually under $200 fitted

Because they are plastic these days this shit happens; and often you can test it all you won't, but you won't know about it until it actually cracks and starts pissing out water

i got a whole new radiator for $160 for a gen2 crx...

*Sigh* I said usually under $200 I didn't say that it was $200 did I?

Some top tanks are more expensive than others; and at times if you can get a good price a new radiator maybe cheaper... big whoop wana fight about it?

hehehehe sorry bro:D
just thought i would add that i bought a whole new radiator pretty cheap
so ppl know that they have an option to buy new, if they can find it cheap, or rebuild the current radiator, which ever one works out cheaper...
not everyone knows bout cars so they might get ripped off by the mech
but i totally agree with u:thumbsup:
