Looking good but your one looks more like the std M3 style one.
The Spoon one has a different profile and is larger see pic.

Good luck with it now - after the sale they just ignored me. Had to file a dispute and send lots of info to paypal to get my money back. I did my best to warn you guys. I don't think these guys have a standard size they can stick to- there is lots of variance in production. Mine was about 1cm too long.

Yep. your 100% correct. No doubt about it. I dont think I'll see my money. I learned the hard way and wont question again.
How'd you other guys go?

File a dispute with paypal - this seller has a history of these types of problems so paypal was happy to help me. Actually come to think of it - the seller didn't respond to the paypal dispute so it was a "default" judgement and paypal reversed the transaction. It took about 2 weeks. can't remember if i got the shipping component back - i think i was out of pocket.

Bugger mines is not even near enough to wing it. It seriously that long. I could put up with a 2-4 mm overhang but mines double that. Im not even going to attempt it. It would be amateur hour.

don't send it back -as it will cost you more than it is worth. Offer to send them as many photos as they like so they are satisfied it is not correct for this vehicle. I would definately continue down the paypal path -look at how many people return goods to delsa and never hear from them again. It is all in the negative feedback - flick through the pages. Dispute the transaction with paypal - that is the best way.

Mine is too short and the D/S tape is too thick for an elegant look. Buying from Delsa is indeed like a lottery. Talk about no quality control...

I am fairly confident the whole operation is run out of an apartment in Taiwan (check your packaging) - even though the ebay listing says item location as Canada.
When I left negative feedback saying I had received no response from them to my problems they replied promptly with "server issue - contacted buyer with resolution!" That ticked me off as they had not responded to any of my emails but told everyone on ebay they had sorted it out. To this very day they have not responded to the numerous emails and photos I sent them asking for a resolution.
I guess you get what you pay for and Delsa are cheap but I was left soured by the experience.
I hear good things about the Xenonspecialist product (no variance in product) but I don't think they ship to Australia :(

That sucks. I'm sure the experience left a bad taste in your mouth. I contacted Xenon too and they don't ship to Australia just like you said. From what i've read on the other forums Xenon sells a better product and has much better service. What a shame.

I just got mine from desla last week. Satin silver. Arrived on time and fit was almost perfect. Its slightly short by maybe 1 or 2 mm but nothing really noticable. The sitcky double sided tape was very good. a little on the thick side but sticks on very well. Let me just say, once u stick it on it wont be coming back off again without some sort of sovent or something ! The colour is an exact match so no problems there. All I did was give it a quick polish and it looks good as a factory install. Maybe I just got lucky or maybe I just had lower expectation for $100 AUS but I was quite happy with this product.

OK. I resolved my issue. I made a paypal claim and a serious bit of negative feedback.
He then agreed to refund me IN FULL including freight if i withdrew the Neg feedback. The money was refunded 5 mins later and I withdrew as agreed. So the matter is resolved and I still have the long spoiler. I would have preferred to have not gone through this but it was ok in the end.
Any ideas when I can get a better one shipped from?? Is there a Euro-r JDM one?

Just go back to Delsa an d speak ONLY to Alex. Tell him you want to be sure that the lip spoiler is 1180 mm as he has indicated that they have standardised on. We got 3 all exac tly the same and perfecvt paint match as well. Alex was really good to deal with.
Cheers

Not everyone has got results with Alex though. I spoke directly with Alex and they still sent me a wrong length spoiler. This is the response I got to my negative feedback -- still waiting for Alex to contact me with this so called resolution... :thumbdwn: All of my emails were sent to his personal email address and I never got a response.
The only reason I got my money back was paypal reversing the transaction due to no response from Delsa.
Reply* by delsa-motorsports: Server Issue and we've contacted buyer with resolution!".
