looking at alot of different stuff on the net for my
honda civic 2002 (my2002 7th gen) ES1.
alot of websites ask me if i have a DX, EX, GX, or LX
what the *** is that and how do i find out ?
the compliance plate just says ES1
any help ppl ?

Anyway those models are US models.
Your model is only came in one spec - I'm 99% sure. Its the GLi equivalent. The wagon became VTi.
all the DX. EX, etc is pretty much trim levels.

kool, so basically any of these models is fine
and yea i have a gli, sux but what can ya do :-S

also make sure, if buying engine parts, that u match ur engine with the appropriate model in the states. I.e. DX might be 1.3;, EX might be 1.5l ...i dunno, but do some reseearch before u buy.
