AVO is a very mild setup. The best way to go is custom for your DC2R. Have a look at Dean's setup (DL001), that is a very top setup. As for how long it last, as long as its tuned properly and looked after it will last a long time.

Yep, I had a AVO stage II kit on my Delsol.
how is it for daily use???
Its would be fine. Awsome in fact for a daily. I don't see why any boosted setup would be good for a daily. :p
how reliable is it??????
Depends on a few things, but very much on tunning.

As above.
or how loong have you had it on for??????
I put my kit on when it had 219 000kms on it. Had it for about 2-3 years and sold it at 232 000kms. It was fine all they way through.
Heres a few links that might help:

Really though. How much is it all going to cost you for the Avo kit and everything else? Add it all up.
By the time you do everything, you can put together yourself a better setup for a simular price tag. The Avo kit is good and is a simple and easy off the shelf solution. But really add it all up and see if you can put together a better kit yourself.

^^ what Dean said. I went the AVO kit route, running it at the moment and its a decent kit. I know for sure my next one will be a custom one.

its a cheaper alturnative to the nect step, something to start with and build on later on, later i will obly have to upgade manifold and turbo..........

really depends how much power you want
i guess for most people this set up would be more then enough
the best thing about avo kit is that you order it and once you receive it, in a weekend you can bolt the kit and piping on then just wait to get it all tuned
getting custom fabrication done usually takes longer and you without car for a while :thumbdwn:

b18c7, stroked to 4.5 lt
with 8 (2 per cylinder) turbo's, running 50 pound boost each
then you'll maybe get 1801 kw
