What should I clean my intake box and intake tube etc with ???
I'm putting my stock one back on and its a bit dirty :( :confused:

doesn't really matter.
As long as its dry when your done it should be fine.

If you mean stock intake box and intake tube. Then I use car wash shampoo and let it dry. I even use vauumm cleaner to clean the filter & the U shape tube that connect Resonator & air box.

remove that resonator right now!!!!!!!!!! Such a waste of space and weight.
Vacuum the filter ftw! :thumbsup:

when I said i have the box and tube & nothing else... I mean all that stupid resonator stuff is gooooone!! there was so many lil boxes for the air to run thru inside my bumper and stuff. I took it all out.
I hav a filter.. hehe but thanks for the tip Anna :D hehe lol

I had one at home off my ek vtir - it fits!! so im lucky!
It has a crappy old paper filter but im getting a k&n panel soon!!!

good call on the panel. lots of ppl go for the pod but dont realise that with all that engine heat, it doesnt really make alota difference, except for sound. as long as u cover up your panel then u should be right. and if going pod, make sure to put heatshield or the like. :D

Unless you locate the pod where theres a descent cold air feed and shielding from heat sources (aka behind the front bumper) :thumbsup:

yeh u can just use soapy water, degreaser, etc, just make sure its relatively dry before u put it all back together
