its all depending on what suspension are u running , if you got eg6 / dc2r rear lca style suspension then you can only run eg6/dc2r rear lower control arm

for the price go aftermarket. Its prob cheaper.
I have to say that with my aftermarket ones i did notice that the swaybar became quieter, and the handling improved. Noticed that the lower control arms allowed the car to stay more level, you feel the arms move up and down more. That's from my experience. I initially thought it was just for bling, but was suprised with the improvements.

Apart from maybe weighing less I don't see how that could be possible with out affecting the suspension in other ways. Can you explain further?...

Better quality aftermarket LCAs come with Spherical Bearings instead of Rubber Busings. These help the suspension maintain the correct geometry under stress.

Fair enough, but it would also increase noise and vibation in the cabin marginally as a result.

It may, but its not something I've noticed...
Anyway, most people here have stripped out cars or loud boom boom boxes anyway...

as e240 stated, it did make the car more stable and the wheels seem to grip better due to the movement.

The downside of spherical bearings is that due to metal on metal contact and no flexibility, they wear faster than a rubber bush and hard impacts, such as hitting a pot hole etc could result in the rose joint requiring a new bearing assembly... That said there are always stories supporting both sides, but the trend seems to be that the people using rose joints instead of bushes have had them built to exacting standards.

Another option is MFactory.
