Apparently B16A cams will make more power then DC2R cams when TUNED. Its also good to upgrade the valve springs.

ur better off getting oem cam shafts and valve springs off a b16b...aparently they're more agressive than ITR cams when tuned/adjusted properly....but it also depends on wat mods u got too

benefits with any cams are nominal or will retard, unless you have tuning done to it.

ITR & CTR cams are better but if your gonna do them you might as well go Toda or another reputable brand which are designed to make more power. THere is not that much diff in the cost so you might as well go all the way.

changing cams + valve springs without having a good intake + header+ exhaust mods + tuneable ecu will be a waste of time.

Yeh just for b16a. I read it somewhere, old thread in here or some other forum. Probably another internet myth.

don't think it'll be a simple drop in and drive away with gains. Its a combination of parts that'll make the ITR cams work in a b16a.

yeh...like i said earlier, depending on wat setup u got will depend on wat cams u should get...ie ITR/CTR cams, or aftermarket cams like skunk2, toda or buddy club
