Have u checked your brake fluid level? Usually the light comes on to indicate that the level of fluid is low.

might be a good idea to bleed your brakes and have some new brake fluid in there. brake fluid is hygroscopic (not sure of spelling) which mean is absorbs moisture out of the air making the brake fluid crap pretty much.

do i have to bleed the brakes? or can i just pour some more fluid in? the brakes seem fine and why does it come on when i rev the car? that seems a lil weird..

no you don't have to bleed it.
but get dot 3/4 brake fluid.
if unsure, just go get honda brake fluid.
just top it up, and tell us how you go.

you dont need to bleed the brakes ~ just check the reservoir to begin with and top up if necessary. Its a good idea to bleed the brakes tho for safety's sake.
Rev the car ? Perhaps as the fluid sloshes to the back it sensors the level being too low ?

pay someone to do it. You have to either remove the entire driveshaft off the gearbox and take off each of the boots to access teh CV boot , or cut the old one off and get one of those clamp-style boot kits.
