There was an S2000 head for sale on ebay recently with only 30K on it.

Directly below it was ad from the same seller for an S2000 instrument cluster with 109K on it. Call me suspicious.......

This bloke deals with s2000 parts i spoke to him today in regards to the engine!! He seems really nice.
He is wrecking and deals with s2000 only. He has had 2 damaged s2k apparently.

I'm not sure, "own" is the right term to use there, but among other things, yes.

The engine snapped a retainer at around 8700 rpm and we needed to find a spare.:eek:

I noticed on eBay a head for sale so I contacted seller asking if they had the complete engine.
Was told yes all there in good condition, we came to a price for the complete engine and booked the boat.
Seller offered to send pic's of the bores as I was concerned that they may have been damaged.
No contact could then be made with seller until the day of the sailing.:confused:
He apologized for not sending photos as he had been working night shift and overtime.
Arrived the next day to a heap of parts on the floor and no block. :mad::mad::mad:

i believe Rama lurks amongst us. got offered to buy a set of bilsteins from a guy with a red s2k with 18" wheels that looked like that.
