my LCA's are solid and have no holes in them like the vti and si's. my mechanic told me it doesnt fit coz theres no holes in the LCA's. so does this mean need si or vti LCA's before i can fit the vtir integra swaybar. a pair of 2nd hand si or vti LCA's shoudlnt cost me too much more than 200 or 300 dollars?

yes just get Si or Vti OR DC2/DC4 rear LCAs. They should cost probably $100 if that

Also you will need 4 x bolts + nuts to hold the swaybar + mounting plate onto your subframe. There will be the holes there already.
