HKS Hypermax II or Tein SS for DC5R

hey guys as the title states, which is the better option for someone mainly street driving with the occasional fast driving/track/twisties.

These two are very close in price for me so if u have another recommendation the price is an issue and take it into consideration.

Basically i want to know the pros and cons and comparisons between the two if anyone knows.
