jus curious..l'm up for another type r again and was wodnering if anybody here is running a zrost + headers with a test pipe ? have u guyz compared it with a hi flow cat ?

i know they ain't street legal but yeah..anyway....what are ur results ?
issit worth it ? how much ouder isit..and doesn't it backffire to a point where u start meliting ya rear bar ? lols

this isn't gospel but if anything:
- flow benefit is only really upper rpm
- there should be less exhaust popping as it is a result of uncombusted mixtures hitting a red hot catalyst that ignites them.
- ^^^the above would actually somewhat increase vacuum/scavenging effect

tes pipe = illegal and will give you a headache and eventual collapes then death if you sit in traffic for too long.
Just fit a hi-flow cat. Stock header , while looking shit still is fine compared to most of the headers out there

Its the headers that'll make the power. So i would suggest going out and research the differnce headers out there and see which one is best.

I wouldn't buy xforce for type R, thats like a downgrade. Go for headers that been proven to work.

i got 5zigen headers, hi flow cat and fujitsubu power getter exhaust...

nice combo... seems 2 feel more torquey and better response... not loud, but u can hear it coming and sounds mean when ur on cam!
