Shocks Or Springs Problem Help Needed

hi guy, i got 98 honda civic coupe EJ ,my cars been lowered for the past year , now everytime i go over a speed hump or turn hard it makes a clunk clunk noise, dnt no if my shocker are gone or my springs total worn out, any advice cheers
