what to do about tyres

ok so i got my lude sitting at home, it runs great and all but all the tyres are ****ED to the MAXX, i cant drive coz its unregrestered and the tyres are on the verge of blowing out, but im going to get some rust cut out soon and the closet guy is like 60ks away, the same as the closet tyre guy, i was just wondering if i just took my spare (same as the others) down got a 2nd hand tyre on it (it wont be for long, getting all new rims shortly after regod) bring it back change the tyre and continue the process untill i got all 4 done, then get a day pass and take it to get the rust out, would this work of would it need to be ballanced and alligned??? its only a 120k round trip...

it would work, you can always get the balance and aligning done afterwards, but make sure you get it done before your trip turns into 200km. no real reason, but its better to get the tires balanced and aligned earlier so you dont unevenly wear them out.

Put your car up on blocks and remove the wheels then courier them or deliver them to the tyre place and get em sent back.

I'd only use chassis stands, they come in packs of 2 tho lol
