Did you touch the glass on the bulb?

Do a voltage test and see what is your voltage (Should not read more than 14.5++).. But then again, if that is the case, the rest of your bulbs should start blowing too! :)

You might also have a bad grounding, my ex-ride kept blowing bulbs too and it turned out that I had a bad grounding..

But in most cases, it's contamination on the glass on the bulb...

I'll have a look at the grounding. i've been through about 4 bulbs in 4 months or so.

What kind of bulbs you are using. I have a similar problems when I try to fit a set of 8000K 9006 85W Bulbs. I think the temp is too high in the glass which case it to blow.

I currently run a set of 55W and it seems to be working normal again.
