rev matching comes with expirence I think.. as you get to know how to drive properly you learn to balance out the gears I don't think you can learn that from a webpage ;)

Advanced driver training courses are an excellent investment.. check out your parents insurance policy some companies offer them to kids of people with policies for a reduced price.
