hi guys. as i dont really know about cars and certain modification parts, i would like to know the benefits of an engine damper? what is a good one to look out for? thanks.

Mugen88, ALN and me (AFAIK) have this installed, basically it works to dampen the engine moving and in return, it reduces wheel hop, less stress on the engine mounts and exhaust system , less load on your driveline etc and you can actually feel a better shift feel too...

The drawback is however, more vibration in the interior.. BUT... for some reason, it doesn't happen to Mugen88's car...

Feel's ETD is a good unit, good mounting position too, The other one you can look at is JTSO's unit from AcuraZine...
