Hey there got some coilover sleeves put in last week but yesterday i noticed like a twang noise coming for the rear right hand side only at low speed.. it even does it when i push down on the car when its stationary.. could it be that the springs are just settling or should i be worried

you probably should be worried - that TWANG noise is probably the spring slipping on its perch or similar - or something isnt totally tight.
Jack up car on stands for safety , and recheck all bolts and the "sleeves" themselves. IMO they are NOT safe and afaik they arent even design-rule legal to any place in the world to use.

If were talking about "Coilover Sleeves" then thats probable your problem right there...

Should really just use lowering springs or proper coilovers, I don't think that sleeves are even legal
I sure as hell wouldn't give anyone a RWC with coilover sleeves

Professional installation is usually recommended for installing coilover sleeves,
they can be quite tricky.
spring settling shouldn't make any noises, you should double check all the nut and bolts, make sure everything sits properly.
Some sleeves comes with set screw on the lower edge of sleeve, it stops the sleeve from rotating.

What brand of coilover sleeves are they?

i found when i had my rear sway bar endlinks loose, and when going slowly over bumps or different gradients, i got a twang.

so i tightened them up and the twang went away.

I'm getting a little noise going further than half a turn on the wheel at slow speeds from coilovers installed yesterday. Is this normal and how long should it continue for?

How low did you set your Flex to? Also, was the spring preload set back to factory specs before you installed and lowered it?

They're at factory specs on the front. We didn't adjust them as they were already 2 inches shorter than the OEM struts. We wound the rears up 10mm. I'll be taking the car out again today so I'll see how it goes. Could just be bedding in. I've only travelled around 30kms with them in so far.

that's exactly what it is.

the rubber washer that goes between the perch and spring lasts no more than a day and the spring starts slipping.... that fully ****s your camber.. one day your car will steer left then right the other...

when i had them i had to sikaflex the entire area and let sit for 2 days... didn't move since....
