View Full Version : [BRIS] WTB: Accord Euro Audio Experience

Using the factory HU I have 2 alpine type R 12" subs, new Hertz splits and Focal 6×9s powered by 2 Jaycar amps. Experiencing noise thorugh speakers (does not change pitch with RPM). Any advice/ recommendations would be nice.

Maybe the LC6 or the SVEN4 will help?

coming from experience, use the SVEN4, you can line match using a SVEN and eliminate all noise, but if its the crapcar amps then nothing you use will eliminate the noise except new amps.

Now I just need to find somebody in brisbane who wants to set up a sven4 in my car. I really hope its not from the amp, everybody I have talked to so far has recommended jaycar. Makes me feel like crying.

And buster, I'm not sure about JB but I heard somebody in the forums got it from northfield. When I rang up northfield they said they don't supply them so i'm not too sure...

I bought a Peripheral Sven4 from Northfield Moorooka and they installed it plus speakers and amp in 2005

Are you running the signal and power cables through the same side of the car? You should separate them, power on one side and signal on the other.

They said they have run the power on passenger side and RCA through the driver side. I'm going to take it in again on friday... gah so much effort.

When the engine is not running there is no noise at all. Is it possible to gain interference from my manual transmission or from my stock exhaust? I can't wait til it has been perfected.

I have heard good things about Northfield at moorooka. When I rang them the guy I spoke to said he doesn't think they supply SVEN4. Maybe I should just cry... if complete car sound can't fix it, I'm going to northfield.

if they deal with stinger they can get a SVEN4 for you, ring them again and ask if they deal with stinger. if they don't then you can try audio express in QLD their email is sales@audioexpress.com.au
