Hey im just wondering if Ek seat with rails fit in to th eoriginal holes of an EG civic.

only the OUTSIDE rail will fit. The inside FRONT matches teh EG holes , but the REAR (next to the handbrake) is off.

So , to answer your question NO.

so can the inside rail be changed to an eg rail or not then

yes it can. easy to swap over it fits 100%
