If I wanted to gain a smooth say 20kw in my DC2R, what kind of price and mods would I be looking at?

IMO you cant gain a "smooth" 20kw on your already optimum made DC2R.
You can gain a "peak" 20kw maybe from aftermarket camshafts , pistons , increased exhaust and intake flow and a aftermarket computer but the car possibly wont be "smooth" at stock.
