my integra vtir starts to blow white smoke from exhaust and vtec doent kick in. Oilstick indicate low oil level and i checked the coolant, there is no oil in it and in green color.

What most likely the problem is????

If the dip stick shows low oil.... that means low oil. Find out what oil was in there, and fill it up.

Did you check the coolant by taking the cap off the top of the radiator?engine coolent is green... there is not ment to be oil in there.

If you can avoid driving the car till you put oil in there, do so. When you do fill the oil up, follow these rules:
1: makes sure the engine has not be turned over for a few hours, and is on flat ground, this way you get a true reading
2: start putting the engine oil in. If it is showing low on the dipstick, put a quater of the bottle in.
3: let the oil settle at the bottom of the sump, so give it about 5 min. Then check the dip stick again. Keep doing this till it reads a good level.

The reason vtec dosn't engage is because there isn't enough oil... and vtec only engages when the oil presure is right.

You only need maybe a max of 2 minutes for the oil to set; if its taking much more than that; then theres gunk blocking the oil galleys...

Your car will take 4.3/8L of oil; just drain it and put that much in...

White smoke is either coolant or condensation; if its coolant doesn't necessarily have to have oil in the radiator; most likely head gasket

you know it could just be cold and you need to top your oil up
