my integra vtir starts to blow white smoke from exhaust and vtec doent kick in. Oilstick indicate low oil level and i checked the coolant, there is no oil in it and in green color.

What most likely the problem is????

fill it up with oil is the first thing... vtec doesn't activate if theres lack of oil pressure and temp

Fill up with oil. Fill it up to to the Max indicator in the stick.

blowing white smoke? check the head gasket. maybe its blown and your loosing water. how is the comp?

dont think its loosing coolant and not overheating,
oil is leaking at the back of the engine onto the gearbox
whats the problem??

are u talkin bout smoke in the mornings
and of course VTEC doesnt engage if the engine is cold...
and yes top up the oil!!!

Trace the leak back to the source.

maybe cam seals or even rocker cover gasket for the leaking oil near your gearbox

Long shot but check that your brake master cylinder isnt leaking into your booster, if it gets into your booster then it will get sucked into the inlet manifold = brake fluid burn = white smoke...

It could also be the rear main seal; very common problem, more so if the car was run using mineral oils and then switched to synthetic oils later on in life
