hey guys
my alarm wont unlock my car. ive got a viper 500ESP, both of my remotes flash when i hit the unlock button, but the car wont reviece and unlock. its in my garage, and i remember leaving it unlocked last time i came home on sunday. last nite the red light on the dash was flashing, now its not. any ideas how 2 get in? my wallet is in there, i kinda need it 4 work :(
im thinkin it could either b a dead battery or mayb water got in sumhow when i was washing it sunday nite

check if any of your windows are open...once you've got a little opening try opening the lock with a clothes hanger. if that doesn't work...you'll have to call your local lock smith.

try using the key to unlock it.....
1.put key in keyhole
2. turn key
3. pull handle
4. door should open

Call RAC.
Break rear window.
Use Wire hanger.

Coat hanger through side of the window and hook the locking latch.Quite easy.

Rubber seal around elec window good chance to wreck the window seal doing it with a hanger. Plus he said dont worrie ^^^^

1. Wedge open the door near the windows
2a. Use an appropriate tool to lift up your lock knob.
2b. Run a clothes hanger, unwound and stretched out inside the car and hook it on your handle
