Lately a lot of the 05 Jazzes are called back for the fuel pump issue
My GD3 was made in 05 and announced as the 06 model
and I haven't been notified about it, kinda anxious about being left over.
Fellows who purchased the 05 Jazz, do you have the similar problem?

Next week I'm gonna go back to the Gary and Warren Smith for a 30k service,
gonna ask them about this anyway, hope they could explain why.

It's been posted before (recall announced in March), but it's limited to certain Jazzes, perhaps yours is out of the VIN range?

I've been through the website and my VIN was amongst em.
And I went to Gary and Warren Smith more than 1 mth ago, they said they were not told and the company would notify the owners....

worrying!

It's on the HondaOne website so it's known to Honda Australia. I would assume it would be in some computers/internatl bulletin somewhere (given the number of cars it affected), perhaps an oversight on the dealer's behalf?

Did you recently purchase the car? Does Honda Australia have your latest mailing details? (just trying to think of possible reasons why you weren't contacted).

In a previous thread (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=63199) someone mentioned they took their car in for service and was fixed at the same time..

Oh well, go get it sorted! :)

Well thank you, I would hope they could get the faulty replace at service.

Just a follow-up, The fuel pump is replaced at 30k service today, they said if they checked and it's faulty then it's gonna be changed for free at service.
