Isn't power steering optional in Jap Spec DC2R's?

Differences are 4-1 hearders opposed to the 4-2-1 AUDM headers.
I believe everything else is the same...

A/C was optional and I think ABS possibly was also, correct me if I'm wrong on the latter.

b18c has more hp and better compression rate than b18c7

the 96 model came with 4-2-1 headers. while the 98+ models came with the 4-1 headers.
