changed the TB - now engine whines

hey guys,

i changed my throttle body the other day - from OEM to another OEM and now i seem to have an engine whine - kinda the same sound you get when you drive with no power steering fluid... any one know why its doing this??

bolts/nuts tight on the throttle?
did you re-use the old gasket?
