Accord black part

Ok, so I am looking into buying a cd5 accord. Why is it that all the good ones i see (modded) have body coloured lips. But the stock ones all have a black kind of border runing along the bottom of the car. It isn't the bumper its just the bottom of it. Do you get them sprayed or waa there a model which came with body coloured bottom bit? :)

The front bit is often called a lip. All stock ones were just black unpainted plastic. However, lots of people get aftermarket ones and get them colour coded.

as above. the rubber lips come black standard. ppl just get em resprayed if the body colour is not black....
