hey guys,

i searched the forums looking for an answer to this question but didn't find one, if there is one out there and i'm doubling a post, my bad, i couldn't find it.

i was just wondering if it was possible to disable the motorised antenna in a DC4 integra as it looks crap and my mates always poke fun at it because it stands close to 2 meters high on an integra thats been lowered 1.5 inches and again it looks ridiculous.

is there like a fuse or a wire i can take out or something

any help would be greatly appreciated.

take out the headunit. and disconnect the "power antenna" wire. it a yellow with a green stripe wire. IMO add a ON/OFF switch as shown below

have a look at an s2k styled one.
I believe theres a tutorial on installing one in a dc4 in the diy section. Not everyones cup of tea, but worth a look.
