it al depends on what tyres and suspension you have,
i found with stock suspension and an engine damper, lower tyre pressure better, with stock suspension and nothing else normal street pressure.
with coilovers adjusted to suit track conditions, its best to run them on 30psi, softest setting on the front,,,,,,,
thats my experience
have coil over sleeves, they aint adjusted to suit track conditions at all, and the front tyres are just some cheap maxxis tyres (still cost 150$ but :( )

Front 20psi, rear 40psi (or whatever your tyre is safe to run at).
yeah i raced last night, man could instantly feel the traction after letting it down! question is now is that safe to run on street or should i put my tyres back up to 30 which is wat they were?

perhaps i'd recommend putting it back up for streets.
low psi gives u better traction but it'll wear out the outer edge of ur tires pretty damn soon if u drive around frequently. wats more, ur ride will feel wobbly and unstable, especially going around corners.

yeah it won't be stable for cornering. Its ok for drags but street and track you need your tyres back up to spec.
