This is a MagnaFlow on my Euro... :D

Sound wise.... the bigger the engine, the better it roars.. personal experience.. :)
on Honda engines... Roars when [acronym:57f0e77772="Valve Timing and lift Electronic Control"]VTEC[/acronym:57f0e77772] kicks in :)

what are they like for performance?

how much did the muffler set you back?

most magnaflow's are a straight-through perforated design, so they are about the most free flowing muffler you'll find. DUnno about the street series, but the race series is around $450 for the muffler

is the street series more audio than performance? obviously the race series would be solely performance. are they worth the money on a 2.2 [acronym:ea8a39d367="Valve Timing and lift Electronic Control"]VTEC[/acronym:ea8a39d367] (the race series) or just stick with the street series?

Does anyone have an idea of the going price of a 'street' series muffler?

They have a bunch of sound clips on their website ( http://www.magnaflow.com/04sound/import.htm )

Street Series magnaflow will set u back newhere between 150-200 AU.
Twin tip are generaly more expensive, i picked mine up off ebay for $197.
I was quoted $600 fitted for the exact same muffler from a exhaust shop in
Melb. There are some good distributors in the US thru Ebay,

http://stores.ebay.com/Zap-Performance-Exhaust_MAGNAFLOW-Mufflers_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZQ2d1QQsclZallQQsotimedispl ayZ2QQtZkm

Be prepared for shipping costs etc.. i only got mine off Ebay because i could get
it here for free! :D

I have a mate who is importing mufflers. They are supposed to be very good quality; wont loose their innards like most cheap brands, and have a great sound too. I think his site is www.rivalperformance.com...

If i decide to get an exhaust, i will go to him... he is pretty reasonable too...

man i wised i got the twin tipped one.. looks better--
one thing i hate though is why does my accords zorst have dat typical tinny nag to it?
is it just da honda tinny noise---???
would a cannon sound different to the other one?>
ummm-- also would the exhaust be better if i didnt follow thesame path as the riginal stock piping?

thanks ^_^
