Help ECU Error Code

I have a 1990 Civic GL sedan Ed3 with the D15B4 engine my ecu light is flashing 14 times what error is this and where can i get a list of error codes for my ecu also I have unburnt fuel coming out my exhaust because it's running to rich so this mite have something to do with it how can i tune my carburetor to fix this thanks for anyone help in advance

on the OBD1 code list 14 is


14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve

[ECU-MAN]

you will probably need to have your carbs looked at and the EACV replaced

start by testing the EACV, is it idling funny ?

wheres the OBD1 Code list
the idle is ok but it dose conks out a few times went the engines cold it also hard to start but i know what that is it the starter motor

HI me again the other day i was driving and the engine started to rev up and down and shake got it home but now the revs keep going up and down all the time i can't even drive it i think the idle air control valve is now really dead because i am not getting the error anymore i am i right
