if my car was tuned with the vafc and i un-plug the hand set to re mount it will it go back to the factory setting or will it retain the tuned settings???

The settings in the VAFC will remain. The information is stored within the unit, and can only be changed via the unit.

please advise: i read in another thread somewhere that it is a shortcoming of the unit that when the battery is unplugged u lose the settings. i unplugged mine and hate to have to tune it again
