from the sounds of it you have connected the
linked 3 relay incorrectly, and it is giving a constant signal
to the start position (starter motor)
either that or your start motor is screwed from it :(

oil pump = fuel pump.

take a look at these links
they help me install my alarm a couple of months ago

what type of alarm are you installing?
looks very similar to the steel mate alarm type.

shoot me a pm if you still get stuck

from the look of the diagram it may be your brown wires are not
connected to the correct wires on your ignition harness.

the reason i say this is because when you remote start the car
it is giving a constant signal to the starter motor (grinding noise)
the remote start is just bypassing the key function with relays.

the ignition harness should be connected to the key barrel and from there
connected to the main fuse box under the drivers side. From memory its the rectangle plug on the top left of it. (has thicker wires, only 3-4).

i will try find my old diagram so i can get color for you to match up.

Lol,

Take it to a pro. Save's the headache and your starter motor.

What it seems like is either:
1. You've wired up the starter motor relay wrong....
or.
2. You haven't hooked up the oil sender wire (Tell's the alarm that he car has been started and not to crank anymore).
What you can do and what i usually do when i get lazy is hook that wire up to the fuel pump wire. (Fuel only stay's on when the the car is runnung)

Also, In most honda's you need to an aftermarket door actuator.
Orange's to ground, Yellow's t fused 12v, and whites go to the actuator.

Make sure you know what your doin cos i've seen some pretty Bodgey shit in my day.
