hey guys, i'm looknig to get a new batt as mine has shiet itself.
was wondering what battery's are you using and which are best value.

i think i want to get a deep cycle like an odyessy, optima or orbital (or others)
my system drains a bit of power thats why. but as you'se all know the EG civic doesn't really have much room for a decent sized batt.

any ideas or opinions are appreciated!

cheers

Anything drycell should be good...... might even save quite a few kg's too......

See another way of doing weight saving that you would never think of :)

SPEEDCORE: Is drycell the ones you don't have to keep filling up?

i've also been looking at optima battery's, they have a new one out that made for honda's, but i duno where optima batts are sold in sydney?

but everytime u start..danm feels like the car can run off the batt itself!

hahah sounds good, i'll look into it tomorrow for sure... although 160 is quite cheap for a good quality battery.. if i get an optima i'll be looking at around 270... :)
