why would you say the stock kit is rip off? It's made out of quality plastic unlike many other bodykits which are made using fibreglass.

well...it did cost 3k....which is to me a bit pricey....although it does set it apart from a lot of the euros...plus gives it better looks...without the bodykit makes the car look really high

Even some fibreglass bodykits cost that much or more.

If I purchase a 3rd party Bodykit, does that mean I need to respray the whole car to get the color right?

uh... no. you would need to to get the bodykit painted in the same colour as the car. You could do it your way but it would cost you thounsands of dollars just to respray your car.

 haha yes I thought so. But to get the color matching perfect I would need to get it done at a proper Honda Dealer? respraying the bodykit that is..

I wonder if they have those little lip spoiler that u put on the end of the boot.. I reckon it'll go nicely with a sexy lines of the Euro....

I've seen one acura with the lip spoiler online somewhere...i'll post it up after i've found it...but it doesn't look that awefully nice for some reason...although you would think it should

i think the m3 lip spoiler looks great if fitted and painted properly...

i ordered an m3 lip spoiler off ebay... it was an aftermarket one and was very dissapointed with the finish. cost me $80 including shipping and $100 to paint. am not going to fit it on as the finish and build quality just doesn't match up to the rest of the car.

looks like if i want it done right, i'm gonna have to go to bmw and get them to fit an original m3 lip spoiler on there... dayum.... that's gonna mean $$$... mebbe i'll just leave the boot nekkid and remove the "accordeuro" badge instead... :)
