Short shifter for my Integra

Today i purchased a B&M short shifter (online from modyourcar.com) for my car .

Someone told me that it doesn't need a boot bag or a gear knob because the quick shifter is the whole kit. IS this true and what are peoples experience with the B&M shifter?

wrong section. The kit you purchase is just the shifter + bearing. You will just be replacing the metal shift shaft that links to the shift links. Nothing else needs to be replaced. You use the same gear knob and shift boot/bag as you've always used
