did he pay 2.5 for a B16 or the D16?

I picked up a D16 for $250 :p

your not making sense.
if he payed 2.5K for a b16a it's resonable.

i think hes saying he paid 2500 for a b16, but obviously was given a d16.. hence he got ripped..

I would happily pay 2.5k for a b16 if i could find one that cheap. But than again it depends where he got the engine from. For 2.5k he probably got it installed and as well as the engine he got everything else to make it work (ie: the ecu, efi fuel tank and lines, rewire the harness if they didn't just replace it). When you add it all up to some people it seems reasonable. To me no, because i would do a DIY like most ppl on here. But than again someone paid 2k to have a breeze engine replaced with the same engine because they didn't do any research.
