Hey guys,

My mrs's car's motor blew up. I heard you can slap a B20 stright in. Plug n play. Is that true? If do then how much and which b20?
The one in the old skool prelude or the hrv?

Its a 91 integra LS.

Cheers

I would say when you have heard ppl talking bout putting a B20 into an LS, ther are refeering to a CR-VTEC conversion.

What this is (for those that don't know, been covered 1 000 000 times!) is a CRV block (B20) with either a B16A or B18C head bolted onto it, effectively giving you a 2 litre VTEC B series!

yeah im pretty sure it is plug and play. You should be able to pick one up for around 550. You can retain your gearbox not sure about ecu though but it should be fine.

Need a new ecu, or chip your existing one.

one thing i have noticed with the b20 in the prelude is that it sits on a bit of an angle is it going to be an issue with clearing the hood?
