Hi guys,
I am trying to fit a set of new speakers into my civic, but i don't know how to take the door panel off. Can some of you give a DIY link with pics?
cheers.

Try this

I think this is for US model, but it might be similar.
Hope it helps

in a way .. like the link above.. but you'll just have to figure out how to detach the cable for cabin door handle..
be careful.. easy to break.. use flat screw driver, and push it slowly.. really slowly.. you don't wanna break it.. there are 2 clips to detach.. as the other one is for the lock..
use small and thin flat screwdriver to un-clip the cover for the screw in the cabin door panel..
hope this will help

from post #44 (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showpost.php?p=741776&postcount=44) in my sound dampening thread (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44356):
1) pry up the control panel from the rear and disconnect it
2) undo the screw behind it
3) pry off the little cap inside the door handle
4) undo the screw and push in the centre of the black clip
5) pop the panel starting from the bottom
6) pull the door handle assy out a bit, turn 90 degrees and pass through its hole in the trim while moving the panel up and out (step #11 of the tut shimian linked)
i had difficulty detaching the door handle from its cables, so i just popped the door handle out from the door trim and left it hanging while i worked on the door. didn't get in the way much.
the main difference between our doors and those in the tut shimian linked (which i tried to follow as well when i did it for the first time) is the silver console bit... for ours it's a relatively easy affair still though, you'll just need to find a tool that can hook into the slot at the rear and pry it upward.
