Quick one- what does the 00 Civic hatch OEM lip look like?

I've searched but can't find it. Not the Mugen, not the CTR.. just the OEM lip. Bonus points for the rear too. People say the JDM CTR lip looks better, but what are they comparing it to?

no way the rear would look like that. i havent seen a 99-00 with a front lip like that? its heaps skinnier for a facelift.

Thanks for pointing that out, blk_shadow. Looking at the pic posted of the front lip, looks like it's on a prefacelift bumper too.. but I'm assuming the lip would be the same.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand so far that the OEM lip, aka SiR lip (going by the filename you linked), sits below the bumper, while the CTR one covers a bit of it.

I'm now expecting it to look like

for 99-00 front, there's only ever one lip by Honda. OEM lip = CTR lip = EM1 lip. which looks like this ..

for hatch rear bumper. prefacelift and facelift share the same fitment, so the rear bumper is inter-changable between early and late model hatches. so are the rear lips.

there are only 2 rear lips available from Honda. OEM and CTR

96-98 front lip will not fit 99-00 bumper, & visa versa.

not to say that its impossible to make it 'fit', im sure if u chose to go that path, it may work with some moddings. but i dont think its worth the trouble.

When I looked at the one you posted the first time, I assumed it was the same as the CTR one. It just looked similar and my mind just filled in blanks. Lack of sleep probably!

the OEM lip does looks a lil larger than CTR, and a lil square-ish where as CTR's more round-ish.
