my muffler is literally broken, rattles when given too much pressure so looking to get a cat-back with cannon muffler...

i used to think 2" is the best, but reading here and the integra-tech forums im reading 2 1/4 is more common., but i mainly find vtir info not gsi....

so what do you guys think is best 2" or 2 1/4"?

also anyone recommend good places round westside of sydney?

For any B18's [acronym:be2d8eb61c="Valve Timing and lift Electronic Control"]VTEC[/acronym:be2d8eb61c] or not i'd recomend 2.5" with a large resonator to cut some droneing, but yeah definately 2.5".. 2.25" minimum HAHAHA

Let me be the one to tell you, yes it is!

I’ve had the same question, I’ve got a 94 gsi, not sure what you’re running, but I slapped on a 2.5 on mine with a 4nic tip and couldn't be happier. I’ve run into no probs, the car sounds great and it’s not that loud, just incase your worried about the RTA.

i've got 2 1/4
its a perfect setup on mine

you'd probably lose low end power if you went 2.5" imo
i haven't lost any low end power, and gained more power in the mid-high range :)

how many resonators have you got running on yours?
i'm running 2 1/4 stainless steel cat-back with a single "hot-dog" style resonator and straight through muffler and its 108dB :P

Would it be alright to get an exhaust on an Auto Integra, sound wise?

personally i dont like auto's with loud exhausts, can notice/hear them all the time... just the gears changing on an auto with exhaust dont sound good...

but a something discreet and not loud in a sense is ok :)

yeh, loud exhausts on autos are pure rice
autos are good if ur running say 500hp on a car such as a 300zx
