DC5/R Fog Lights

Hey guys

after looking at cool RSX at US with JDM foggies would like to chuck some on myride

I see some on ebay and stuff

Has anyone got them to fit there frontbar with the AUDM model?

I Don't think you should put Fog lights on the DC5R, It's blocks that little hole on the front bar & i think that hole is meant to cool down the brakes? Correct me if I'm wrong someone.

I just removed one of the brake cooling ducts to fit the CAI. If you have a CAI don't fit them and I wouldn't do it if you didn't have a CAI because as RSX said it's a cooling duct for brakes.

with regards to CAI they only block the air for the injen CAI but not for others like GruppeM, and those ducts are there for brake cooling but honestly their only there for lke track days where your on the brakes hard all day long so for street use they're fine, ive got them on my R and the brakes work fine...

yeh it cools downs the brakes but its not like i track! :D

i got fogs on my dc5 lux. personally i think it looks good. i dont go to the track in my car (why would i, its slower than a typeR lol), so covering the brake ducts dont worry me too much at all.

i think it will look ok on a dark car.. stock looks good on white/silver/red as there bright colours.. black on the other hand.. u cant notice its shape..

and i dont care abotu cover brak ducts.. heck.. i already removed that!

if you arent sure on how it will look, i'm sure there are plenty of people on clubrsx who have posted pics of their ride with foglights etc

I dunno... personally, i think they look tacky... i have never been a fan of foglights... unless they are bigger then the actual head lights (read: Evo's, Rex's etc)

personally i think big foglights on the rex etc dont look that good at all. looks weird
