Request DIY install fog lights... help!

i was looking all over ozhonda n couldnt find ne info on how to install the fog light covers (jus the covers... no wiring) onto the front bar of my 1999 facelift ek civic..:confused:

ne help wuld be great.. thnx

also if there r ne threads already exisitin with this info on it.. a link wuld b helpful.. :p
