ive heard that honda makes pretty good exhaust manifolds from the factory and in some cases when ppl have put aftermarket extractors on there has been no improvement or loss of power.

does anyone know if the exhaust manifold on the jazz 1.5vtec model are already tuned and if there is sufficient gains to be made there to buy them? (i know that mugen and spoon have had improvements but is there any other opinions on this)

for the cat - does anyone know if it is really restrictive or not?

i might go in this afternoon if i have time - if not friday and ask 20 questions.

btw was thinking about the intake too and would like a custom S pipe and k&n filter so i could get the filter as close to the back of the headlight as possible. And try and get a box in the corner like the one you had made up. as you said as long as i can get it tuned with the vafc it will be alright :) it all comes down to saving now :)
