every single honda dealership i speak to either sound totally incompetent or sound like absolute dickheads... and i'm sick and tired of bringing my car there for their overpriced and low quality services.
the only reason i even service it at honda is to maintain my warranty but up till now they havent been able to fix ONE SINGLE PROBLEM i have raised under warranty... always an excuse.
is there anyone who has had a positive experience with a honda dealership in sydney or should i just bring it to my local mechanic for an oil change, which will cost me around $100 instead of the $450 honda seems to want to charge.
man go to a local mechanic.. preferably the ones that know their hondas.. i never get my car serviced at at dealer.. service is sh*t and the price are just over the top..

What problem do you want fixed?
I used to go to Rick Damelian. They fixed my creaking clutch and creaking parcel shelf.

Ive found dealerships the same in Newcastle, Not Very Helpful at all
At both my 10,000km & 20,000km service (different Dealers)
I mentioned certain problems/rattles etc
Although i have found the prices reasonable locally, help with fixing problems has been poor, Had the same troubles with Subaru Dealers locally to with an Xt forester
I have a rattle that comes from the glovebox, you hold the glovebox and the rattle stops, i know its the glove box im 100% sure plus its not exactly lined up straight, also i have a slight gearbox whine when decelerating and the clutch engaged.
The reply to these problems was "the rattles coming from your aftermarket head unit" which is completely made up,i showed them where its coming from, how it stops when you hold the glove box and basically had to argue with them.. coming to the conclusion its easier to fix myself..
With the clutch issue there response was "thats how they all are"
my reply "how come it only started at 15,000km?".. no real help there either.

Rick Damelian. Larke Hoskins is ok with their warranty repair. Friend got a new sunroof in his CRV after they tried lubing it. He doesn't even service at Larke Hoskins! :)

Another vote for Larke Hoskins Rosebury. I bet they loved me too, I walked in and said "I'd like to buy an Accord please." and presented my Amex.
